Farm-to-Table Dinner and Silent Auction

Join us for our annual fundraiser to benefit the Helping Paw Fund, which keeps families together. By providing financial assistance for the expenses of illness or injury, the fund helps people and their animal companions, and sustains the bond between them. Since 2007, the Helping Paw Fund has gifted more than $82,000 and assisted more than 425 animals and their families.

Enjoy a six-course farm-to-table vegetarian dinner prepared with locally sourced ingredients by the fabulous chefs at Hendrick House. Have a glass of Napa Valley wine as you like (must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol; be prepared to show i.d.). Bid on fun and unique silent auction items. All proceeds benefit CARE Center’s Helping Paw Fund.

FIRST COURSE
Chestnut and goat cheese tart with lingonberry
pairs well with Schweiger Vineyards

SECOND COURSE
Roasted sweet potato and apple soup with maple and pumpkin seeds

THIRD COURSE
Frisee and shaved fennel salad with cranberry, apricot, pistachio, and a champagne vinaigrette

FOURTH COURSE
Butternut squash, spinach, and portabella lasagna with a walnut and sage bechamel
pairs well with Schweiger Vineyards
